His biggest strength is providing the most memorable dining experience to his customers. His desire in striving for the best quality of service to his guests lead him to cooking where he was further able to exemplify this belief in offering simple, great and honest food. It`s not all about promoting and making profits in the company yet providing what the customers need. For any catering and events, his team will provide only the finest service.

    Chef Heenam brings more than 20 years of dedicated experience in Japanese Cuisine to Howard & Co. Chef Heenam started his professional cooking career in Kwang Ju, Korea, committing his strong perfection to Japanese and Korean cuisine. He had held Sushi Chef position at award winning blue water café, Ancora waterfront, UBC AMS in Vancouver. For any special catering and events, Chef Heenam will provide ultimate sushi experience to his valued guests.

    Chef Takefuyu brings an honest, modern Japanese cuisine to Howard & Co. When it comes to Japanese cuisine, chef Takefuyu provides a modest, yet sophisticated flavour profile to his customers. With a pure understanding of humble knowledge and harmony of artistic cuisine, Chef Takefuyu plays a significant key role at Howard & Co.

    Josh is a Red Seal certified chef who has worked in the hospitality industry for just over 15 years. Josh has started his culinary career at legendary Fairmont Lake Louise in Alberta. Josh has proved himself as a leader who can provide unbeatable customer service to his customers. Not only that he understands the nature of food industry but also focusing on details to achieve the perfection.

    Alicia graduated from UBC, majored in biochemistry BSc. She also worked as a registered nurse. Her passion and love for nutritious food bring her here. She believes in honest, reliable customer service. Her specialty is organizing high volume private events such as wedding, corporate gathering, and plated dinner. Please inquire any events up to 400+ guests.

    Tomo graduated from New York University, majored in commerce BCom. Tomo joined Howard & Co. with his dedicated passion to provide an exceptional financial service to his clients. Over 10 years of being a financial controller at Accor group, he firmly believes in 100% customer satisfaction.
